Processing Time:

Please note that our order processing time is separate from the shipping time. Our goal is to ship out all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. We carefully prepare each item for shipment, and this processing time allows us to ensure the quality of your order.

Shipping Time (Ground Shipping):

At this time, we exclusively offer ground shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery time for ground shipping within the USA is between 2 to 10 business days after your order has been shipped. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier.

Priority Shipping:

If you require priority shipping, please contact us directly via email at artisticgivingjo@gmail.com with your request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide you with available options and pricing for expedited shipping.

Free Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all purchases of $50.00 USD or more within the USA only. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

Shipping and Handling Time:

Our commitment is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our handling time is typically within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, it will be picked up by our shipping carrier. The shipping time then applies (estimated 2-10 business days for ground shipping).

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ship all orders within our stated processing time, there may be instances where delays occur due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances with our suppliers, or high order volume. If there are significant shipping delays, we will make every effort to notify our customers promptly via email.

Shipping within the USA:

Our standard shipping rates and free shipping offer are currently applicable to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.

Damaged Products and Exchanges:

We understand that occasionally, products may be damaged during shipping. In such cases, we offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only.

To initiate an exchange for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  4. Evaluation: We will review the information and photographs you provide.
  5. Return of Damaged Item: If your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the damaged item back to us. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
  6. Exchange Shipment: Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will ship out a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
  7. Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the damaged item to us.  Refund of return shipping cost will be assessed after return of the damaged item.

What are your shipping options and costs?

At this time, we offer ground shipping within the USA. We are pleased to provide free ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD. For orders under $50.00 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal is to ship all orders within2 business daysof receiving them. After your order has shipped, please allow an estimated2 to 10 business daysfor delivery via ground shipping. Please note that these are estimates and may vary.

Artistic Giving Jo was born from a lifelong passion for crafting and a heartfelt desire to build a supportive future for our special needs daughter, JoJo. Her spirit and the joy of creating beautiful things are at the heart of our brand.

 I'm curious about the person behind Artistic Giving Jo!

Our founder has been crafting for over 50 years, constantly learning and connecting with fellow creatives. Inspired by groups like the BFFs of Plainfield Jewelry and friendships formed at Thimble's Quilt Shop (including the "Mother Puckers"!), this venture is a culmination of a lifelong love for making.
